My friends all said sorry about your new plane today when I showed up at the slope, I laughed and pulled out the repaired Thorn and they were amazed, could hardly tell it went in at speed the day before!!

Pretty much the whole time I was flying, I was spewing swear words in my head like Chevy Chase in Christmas Vacation when he gets the "Jelly of the Month" instead of a cash bonus."

I generally try to avoid multiple exclamation points but...THIS THING IS GONNA BE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a chance to hold the THORN earlier today as we flew our modlies hoping for some serious wind. I couldn't believe how sturdy it is. The thing is built like a pool table.

I still can't believe I crashed so badly yesterday and today had one of the best flying days ever...WITH THE SAME PLANE!!!
